A big part of helping your people move their careers forward and to stay ahead of the curve and not lag behind it is helping them understand what they need to do over the next 12 months to improve their skill sets.
Each of your people will need to learn something different compared to their colleagues. For example, some people within your team might need to become better at a time and task management. Others will help to learn how to manage small projects. Some staff require better conflict management skills. Please don’t assume your people know what they need to improve or how to go about it.
