Our goal is to give your people more knowledge, enthusiasm, and skills that provide you with a greater return on your time and financial investment.

We can provide in-house learning development for as few as six people, as well as online learning and one-on-one coaching for managers.

While one-day training is the most popular form of learning, we can also deliver express training sessions which are half-day versions of the full-day program. These half-day sessions are useful if you have a lot of people to train in one day. One group can attend in the morning and another group in the afternoon.

We also run lunch and learn sessions which last for around 90 minutes. This is perfect to give your people a taste for a subject and to gauge their feedback about whether they would see value in a training program of a longer duration. Lunch and learn sessions are also useful to maintain motivation and teach people new skills who typically don’t have time for learning and development.

Sometimes managers, team leaders, and supervisors can struggle in some aspect of their work. For example, maybe they’re not managing all leading the way they should. Perhaps they are over-committing a time, or not bringing their people together. Whatever the issue, we can provide confidential, one-on-one coaching sessions to help build your managers, team leaders, and supervisors up.

Depending on your location and budget these could either be face-to-face or usually delivered over the telephone or Skype. We have tremendous success with our coaching programs and see amazing turnarounds within only a few coaching sessions.
