personal assertiveness

Developing Personal Assertiveness is practical assertiveness training designed to help participants communicate with greater confidence, express themselves clearly and handle challenging workplace situations more effectively. Being assertive means communicating your needs, opinions and expectations while respecting the rights and perspectives of others.
