Course Overview

Imagine being able to quickly understand more about yourself, your behaviour, motivations, strengths and areas to improve in just a few hours – compared to what most people learn (the hard way) over a lifetime! The DISC behavioural model is the world’s #1 tool for understanding yourself and others, as well as learning how to adapt your behaviour and communication when you’re interacting with colleagues, customers, family and others in general.

Learning the DISC language means you will become a better leader, communicator, team member and gain the critical strategies to create effective interpersonal relationships at work and home.

This fun, fast-paced, eye-opening and interactive workshop incorporates a 55-page DISC profile (included and valued at $67 each), giving every participant a powerful way to learn about themselves and how others perceive them.  By the end of the course, participants have a comprehensive toolbox full of skills to be more aware of their behavioural style, as well as everyone else’s, in both their professional and personal lives.
