- Secrets of High-Performance Teams -

Course Overview

Do you need to turn a group of individuals into an effective team, but you’re not sure how to go about it? Or, do you want your team to be more positive, imaginative and creative and more open to change and less stuck in a rut? A high-performing team is one that works harmoniously with all of its members using their differences as strengths, communicating effectively and are bound by agreed values and striving for a common goal.

High performing teams don’t happen by accident, and that’s why taking a day out of a year to develop or reinforce a unique set of beliefs, habits, skills and standards means that even a disjointed or disengaged team can transform their individual and collective engagement, performance and results.

During Secrets of High-Performance Teams, participants will discover how to be more engaged, responsible, and willing to commit to collaboration, quality and efficiency and learn how these team qualities will achieve more than working as individuals.
