It may seem like there’s nothing you can do about stress, but the reality is every individual has a lot more control than they think. Experts readily agree that while some stress is helpful, unhealthy and sustained levels of dis-stress can cause fatigue, illness and burnout. Less Stress is a one-day program that offers many practical ways to reduce people’s stress and feelings of overwhelming at work.

Packed with simple exercises, eye-opening examples and stress management techniques, this course will benefit everyone who needs to learn how to slow their mind, stay calm and deal with the many daily work ‘stressors’ that can and do affect their overall well-being and happiness.
