- Confident and Credible Communication -

Course Overview

Communication is the critical process by which two or more people share meaning, information and personal feelings. In business, face-to-face, telephone, and even written interactions are the keys to building strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike. It’s also true that poor or ineffective communication is responsible for burning bridges and damaging relationships. So as participants will learn during this training, effective communication isn’t just about the words they use — it’s about reading other people’s body language, communication style and knowing the right way to connect and build rapport – to get cooperation and to get things done!

During this one-day confident communication skills program, attendees discover how to use a variety of verbal, and non-verbal communication skills, enabling them to create deep rapport with customers, colleagues and others. They’ll find new ways to improve every aspect of their communication and have time to practice them.
