- Overcoming Bullying and Harassment -

Course Overview

Workplace bullying and harassment costs Australian organisations billions of dollars in penalties, lost productivity, and not to mention the million days that are lost due to stress and sick leave – all because employees are needlessly harassed and bullied in some workplaces.

Bullying or harassment in any form is destructive, leading to employees coming to work stressed and fearful – which affects physical and mental health, so for everyone’s sake, it needs to be stopped!

Our 3-hour Overcoming Bullying and Harassment training session is designed to increase the awareness and recognition of what harassment and bullying IS and ISN’T in the workplace, and how every employee has a role to play to stop it in its tracks.

The purpose of this short course is to explore how both managers and employees alike can build and create a healthier work culture and learn the most up-to-date, practical methods to proactively address the issues relating to bullying and harassment, including sexual and social media harassment.
