The Ketchum Leadership Communication Monitor polled 6,509 people in 13 countries on their perceptions of what it takes to have effective leadership and communication at work. Only 22% of respondents felt that their leaders demonstrated effective leadership. Communication was cited as a top value in leadership, but only 29% of people surveyed felt their leaders were effective communicators.
